Windsurf

1. Open Windsurf settings

   Go to Windsurf → Settings → MCP or press Cmd+Shift+P and search “MCP”.

2. Add the Hype Doc server

   Add the following to your ~/.codeium/windsurf/mcp_config.json:

3. Authorize

   When you first use a Hype Doc tool, your browser will open to complete OAuth authorization.

4. Start using it

   In Windsurf’s chat, ask: “Log a win: Migrated the database with zero downtime”

Example prompts

• “Log a win in my Work space: Mentored two junior engineers through their first PRs”
• “Show my wins from this month”
• “What did I accomplish this quarter?”
